Two dog friendly properties by the sea. Both are situated within The Bay, Filey where there is so much to do. You have complementary use of the pool, children's pool, sauna, steam room and gym - just a 5 mins walk away. You can pamper yourself with a beauty treatment (separate charge). Other onsite activities include a pub, cafe, tennis courts, bowls, children's playground and more. The beach is only a 10 mins walk from our properties, where you have 5 miles of soft sand to enjoy as well as wonderful coastal walks. Then relax at the end of the day on the squidgy sofas, snuggled up with your dogs and loved ones.

Ebb Tide Cottage is very dog friendly. We love to welcome dogs and you can bring up to 2 pooches free of charge. Dogs are welcome on the sofa (please bring a throw) and on the bed (please cover our bedding with yours if your dog likes to go on the bed). We have direct access to our own outside area which includes an area of grass. Plus wonderful coastal and inland walks for your pooch to enjoy. 

Sadly, site rules limit dogs to 2 per property so we are unable to welcome more than 2.

Site rules mean we cannot accept the following breeds: XL Bully, Pitbull Terrier, Fila Braziliero, Dogo Argentino, Japanese Tosa, any other dogs listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act or legally required to be muzzled.

Waves Edge (new for 2024) is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, first floor apartment (sleeps up to 6) right by the beach in Filey. It has a spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room; a second bedroom with full sized bunk beds, a family bathroom with shower over the bath. Waves Edge has a large living/dining room with separate kitchen. There is a large sofabed in the living room which allows Waves Edge to sleep 6.
