Ebb Tide Cottage is a large 1-bedroom ground floor apartment at The Bay, Filey, North Yorkshire. Ebb Tide Cottage has generous room sizes with a large king bedroom, open plan kitchen-diner-living room, family bathroom and hall. We have direct access to our own patio with table and chairs as well as grass.

There is communal parking behind the garden.

We welcome up to 2 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs.

Ebb Tide has a large kitchen / dining / living room. It has everything you need if you would like to cook including, under-counter fridge with freezer compartment, half-sized dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, and lots of pots and pans. If you don't want to cook, we are a 5 mins walk to the pub. There is also a washing machine.

The living area has two squidgy sofas, so plenty of room for you and your dogs! There is a smart TV; plus complementary wifi.

The king bedroom is south facing with patio doors to the garden. It has a TV (wifi enabled) so you can stream your favourite programmes. It has generous storage space with hanging and drawers.

There is a day bed in the living room which converts into 2 separate full sized single beds. It does not convert into a double. This allows us to host families of up to 4 people (plus a baby in a cot - travel cot not provided).

The bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over.

There is storage space for coats and shoes in the hall.
